These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenQRMenu's website and digital menu platform (the "Service"), operated by OpenQRMenu ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OpenQRMenu allows restaurants to create, publish, and manage digital menus accessible via QR code, including menu templates, branding customization, and analytics.

2. Membership & billing

Access to publish menus and create QR codes requires an active paid membership, billed at $9.99 USD per month per organization. Membership renews automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the menu content, images, and branding you upload ("Your Content"). You grant OpenQRMenu a limited license to host and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You authorize OpenQRMenu to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your membership until canceled.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenQRMenu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
